Shiv Vihar- Trilokpuri Phase of Delhi Metro gets Safety Approval

The Shiv Vihar-Trilokpuri metro segment of the Delhi Metro Pink Line has been affirmed by Commissioner for Metro Rail Safety SK Pathak on Wednesday. The endorsement comes following an examination that was directed on October 20.

The correct date of the introduction of the administrations along the segment will be declared after the satisfaction of certain more customs, the specialists said.



The 17.86 kilometer-since a long time ago lifted area has 15 hoisted stations - Trilokpuri Sanjay Lake, East Vinod Nagar-Mayur Vihar-II, Mandawali-West Vinod Nagar, IP Extension, Anand Vihar ISBT, Karkardooma, Karkardooma Court, Krishna Nagar, East Azad Nagar, Welcome, Jaffrabad, Maujpur-Babarpur, Gokulpuri, Johri Enclave, and Shiv Vihar.

The feature of the segment will be the nearness of three exchange stations - Anand Vihar (with Blue Line), Karkardooma (with Blue Line) and Welcome (with Red Line).

After this segment gets opened, the Delhi Metro system will wind up 314 km of Distance.
